Kiran Gajmer won the 3rd edition of Voice of Nepal, a reality singing competition. He won the title beating Tara Shreesh Magar from Team Raju, Aran Tamang from Team Deep and Jwala Rai from Team Trishna. He represented Team Pramod in this competition. Team Pramod has won the competition for the second time in the 3 season's competition.
Kiran Gajmer's Background:
Kiran was born in Jhapa's Khudanabari Refugee camp. At present he has been living in United States with his family. He came to Nepal for the participation of the show and has been in nepal for more than 8 months. He recorded his first song "Raatko Chandramalai" and rose to fame. He has provided his voice for playback singing in movies like "Radha" and "Saade Saat". He has won Image awards and Kalika Fm award for his singing as well.
About the winning amount
Kiran Gajmer has said that he will give 1000 Rupees to his mother back in US and the rest amount he will donate to buy Ambulance for the people in Jhapa's Bhutanese refugee camp. He remembered his grandmother who had died because of failing to reach hospital on time. He would help in buying two ambulances and the rest money to help COVID struck people.

Criticism
As we all know that no TV show/program is involved in criticism. We all know that the winner of the voice is decided with the votes of the public. The winner of The Voice of Nepal season 3 was also decided with the vote from the public which has lasted for a week. A lot of people voted from Nepal many people helped financially who was abroad and missed the opportunity.
Since, Kiran is from US a lot of criticism can be seen floating in social media that dollar bought the title for him. But for those criticizers you can't deny the singing talent he has. How many rounds would the money help him to surpass through. People liked him genuinely and people from Nepal and all ove the world voted him.
The other contestants also were equally talented there is no any single doubt but there would be some distinct factor that made him standout against other contestant and I needn't mention the struggles he has made the recognition he got with the awards he has received.
