Review of the song :

As the Title of the song suggests the song is about a lover who has travelled a long distance to meet his love but there seems to be some misunderstanding or his love has left him. The song describes his feelings towards his love the efforts he has made and the sacrifices to keep his love going. 

Regardless all his efforts to keep his love alive and console his love at the end he seems to have been left heartbroken.
